This generally involves a diverse skills set that spans multiple areas of expertise – skills like finding consumer insights, devising strategies, crafting core messages, designing visual or verbal systems, etc. We like to say that there’s really no such thing as a cookie-cutter answer in our line of work. Even the simplest-looking answer is informed by highly complex and careful calculations. (If anyone claims to know the answer to all your problems from the first meeting, be wary.)
